   I'm fed up now, because the pain is so severe, I have terrible lower back pain, terrible pelvic pain, I'm always tired, and I have the pain during intercourse.
   It's getting to the point now where I want a baby, and I can't believe how broody I am! My boyfriend also wants one, but has already said, we don't even have intercourse so how are we supposed to make a baby?!
   What does everyone think my chances are?

     I am so sorry you have experienced so much pain and so little help from your Gynaecologist. They often don't appreciate the extreme pain that we feel. I have had Endometriosis for over 15years and can offer you heaps of advice on how to deal with the pain and allow you to have sex again!    Any advice on getting pregnant with endometriosis?
   My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for a couple of years. A few months ago, I had surgery to remove a cyst, and the doctor found that I have endometriosis. The only option that I know of is IVF, but we can't afford that right now. Hopefully someone else can give me some advice!

     I don't think there's anything specific to do to try getting pregnant. My friend had cervical cancer AND endometriosis and was told she'd never be able to conceive. But after a couple years, to her surprise, she got pregnant and had a completely healthy pregnancy. The only advice I guess is to stay optimistic and to just keep trying without thinking about it, because if it's meant to be, it will happen.

   An year ago I had a surgery (chocolate cyst on my left ovary). The cyst was removed and also half of the ovary. Is there a similar case like mine, someone who had the same as I did and got pregnant? Tips?

     I have endometriosis too and was having difficulty conceiving. After 18 months without success I was put on clomid as it was found that I wasn't ovulating every month. After 6 months without success on clomid alone, I was given IUI treatment (intro-uterine insemination). I have just conceived on the second attempt, at last! So, I'm living proof that it can be done.      It would be VERY hard on her to be caring for a baby while you are gone, she may die if you are not around to help with morning sickness or worse, what if the baby comes out while no one is home and she can't get to the phone, what if she bleeds to death, please rethink your actions. I just don't want you to come home and there be your girlfriend and your baby's dead skeleton on the floor, it's not worth it.

     On the other hand, if she has a family and they would like to serve her food in the morning when she has morning sickness, and she wants it then go for it, if she doesn't want to get pregnant and you get her pregnant purposely she will hate you for it.

   My girlfriend and I are 29 and 30 I always knew she had the cats while dating the last 4 years, I also know these 5 cats are my girlfriends life. It wasn't until last year when I started spending nights at her apartment that I realized the cats would be a problem. Theres hair and litter everywhere, in bed on couches counters and clothes, even on dishes and in food! She works a lot so cleaning after 5 cats becomes a lot for her. I know she wouldn't dream of getting rid of them because she said it will destroy her. I'm not fond of them and its no secret, so she holds it against me sometimes. while living part it isn't a big deal to me that ll this goes on however we recently learned she's 3 months pregnant and we couldn't be happier. We have a great relationship aside from this problem. There's a few issues concerning me with this news. Most important is the health of he child. They say cat fecies can harm the baby. Sometimes I find cat litter in her bed from when they use the litter box then go directly to her pillow to sleep. Major concern of mine, the obgyn told her she's not even supposed to change the litter. When I bring this up she states the risk of infection is so small that it doesn't concern her. The next issue is her apartment is very small and not suitable or an infant so whe plan to moveo a larger apartment. We do not have a lot of money so were limited to renting. No Place by us accepts 5 cats except the apartment she's in now, so it's basically impossible to move into something better for the baby. And obviously the final issue is me being able o live with the cats and not having enough "cat free" space for my property I can't afford to be damaged or puked on (tv,s furniture clothing ect.) she sacrificed all her belongings for her cats and all her stuff is destroyed. I just can't live like that. We have the potential to have a really beautiful family together but im not sure she would be mentally able to part with her companions and I'd feel so guilty putting her through that. I just feel like were onto bigger and better things Although it may be hard, in this case I feel its nessassary for the sake of the child and the family were starting. Since the day I met her all she ever wanted was children and a family of her own so to me the newer is simple. Her compromise is to try and train the cats to stay out of the bedroom and live in her small 3 room apartment until we can someday afford a place of our own where we can bring the cats into. That may never happen. I'm not sure what to do. I know I can't live a life as described so it's likely our dreams will fall apart and things would get ugly. I dont want that. Nor do I want my child having cat air all over his toys and clean blankets and clothing. What do I do?

I like to think she knows it's not possible to have the cats and the by at the same time in such a small place, but it's almost as if she's convinced she will work hard to make it work. Reality is that if shes not making it work now, I don't see it happening ith a baby to care for.    I am currently 27 weeks pregnant. I am leaving to go back to my home town for Christmas here in a few days. I am taking the train and the trip is going to be a very long one. I am taking snacks to munch on while I am on the train... but I have a slight problem. I drink milk like crazy... and can go through 2 gallons in 5 days (would drink 2 cups a week pre-pregnancy). I have noticed that if I do not get enough milk for the day... I get a little sick.      Okay so you have got to try the Shettles method! it has worked for everyone i know that has tried it!

     the idea is, male sperm are quick but die faster and female sperm are slow but live longer.

     so track ovulation and have sex 3-4 days prior to ovulation then do not have sex until at least 2 days after ovulation. This gives the male sperm time to get to the fallopian tubes and die, then the female sperm get to the fallopian tubes and meet the egg! It may take a little longer to conceive but totally worth it!

     I got 3 different dates. My gyno did an internal ultrasound and said I was due March 3rd, My midwife calculated my dates and said it was March 1st and my official ultrasound belly scan said 24th of Feb!

     Hoping for natural labour but will see how it goes, if it's too much for me, I am not going to be too proud to ask for some relief.

Every little twinge and I was worried and ever since I was about 20 weeks, I have been googling every week, "babies born at 20 weeks gastation, 21 weeks, 22 weeks etc etc etc" - when I have actually had a really straight forward pregnancy (aside from the extreme morning sickness!!) so I wish I had just enjoyed it more. But I guess, thats just what first timers are like lol, hopefully if I choose to have future children, I'll have learned to take it easy and relax a bit more! (and i'll have my son (wow never reffered to him as that before! lol) to keep my mind occupied next time )

   How did you heal from your miscarriage?
   I had a miscarriage the first week of December 2009.. It hit us like a ton of bricks we never in a million years expected that to happen. We have a little boy already and never had any issues conceiving him. I called my doctor to see if he would tell me anything else because they ran a bunch of tests in December when it happened and they never called and told me what the results were all they said was it was a unidentified or something but anyways when i called they said there was abnormality with my uterine lining that more than likely caused it.So anyways my hubby and i don't like talking about it to anyone i guess i just feel like it was such a hard thing for us to deal with and in explaining it to others its like i would have to relive it and those feelings over and over again. That's just not something i am strong enough right now to deal with. Since the miscarriage we have tried to "supplement" things to get our minds off of it such as looking at buying a new home, losing some weight and starting diets, going out and celebrating for my upcoming birthday i mean just little small things and my parents are taking me and my son on a little 1 night getaway to a local indoor waterpark next month. We had been trying off and on for a 2nd baby for a year when the miscarriage happened so it was really hard especially for me to go through that kind of by myself because i felt like noone else understood. I still do not like talking about it and really just cant i mean i can talk to my hubby about it but thats it. I We have talked about trying again but im just not really interested i mean my life was consumed with HPT's, OPK's, BFP's, BFN'S, CM lol just all of those things and i just cant take it anymore.

   Yesterday we were talking and i looked up the chinese gender chart (it is always right for my family) and found that if we were to concieve anytime between may 2010 and may 2011 the chart says it would be a girl. When i lost my baby in december the doctor said ( he didnt intentionally ) he thought it was a girl.so anyways i think thats something thats sooo hard for us as well. But hubby would like to try again but i want to focus on graduating college and buying a new home before that.He agrees with me but its hard for him too. I mean don't get me wrong i wanted my baby more than anything but we didn't get her and i wanted another baby for so long and so many people said we should wait but noone else's opinion matters when you know what you want.

     Jess I know we don't talk about this often because its very difficult for you. And you know what I've always said about getting through it, it just takes time. Its great that you have Dave beside you through all of it, thats the best thing right now. Just try to keep your mind occupied as much as possible and think positive. I used to cry all the time, on my own without anyone knowing, and ask God "why?" repeatedly and I also think that helped to cope on my own. Its such a difficult thing to deal with that I think people just push away as if since it happens to a lot of women that makes it easier. Which isn't the case at all, it is the hardest thing to deal with!! You are very strong and you and Dave will get through this together! As you already know there are no answers, although consulting your Dr was a good idea other than that you know that no one has that "magic answer" to make it all okay. And you always told me to think of it this way, on your due date maybe do something to remember your baby. That would def. help! And I think you and Dave doing other small things are good for you, for you to connect together doing other activities together and bring you two closer. And it also gets your mind off of this, it makes you focus on other things which isn't a bad thing. You will always always remember your baby but it just takes time thats the hard thing.      i had my iud removed and started charting using fertilityfriend.com they have you check a number of things such as your period, and your discharge each day. and you can also check your cervix to see how soft and open it is.

     i removed iud in june was told not to sex sex with out condom until i had a period that was semi normal so we used a condom until july then august we wanted to make sure we were ready but i hated condoms so we stoped the c ondoms when it said i was about to or had just ovulated we didnt ahve sex at all. then the next month we went full fornce and when it started being close to the time where i was ovulating we had sex atleast every other day. ( every day will not allow him to build up good sperm so every other day was good.) and we continued that until a week after i ovulated and i ended up pregnant.

     some tips are when you are done with sex put your butt in air and head on bed either by laying on your back with pillows under your but or bent over with but in airface on bed. that lets gravity help sperm to get wher ethey need to be. stay there for 20 minuts atleast. dont take a shower right after sex soap will kill sperm. have him avoid sodas.
     when he is finishing in you have him go in as deep as he can to help give his guys a boost.

   I have just started taking prenatal vitamins. We are eating right ie., all the heathly foods, non-smokers, and waited till 9 to 10 days after my LMP to have sex.      Missionary position is a good way to get pregnant and having sex when ovulating if u actually look up on google like ovulation calender n stuff like that it can tel you the best times to do it. Some say if u lye with ur legs up after it works but i donno i never did that. I donno when the cramps start i had pain at about 4 weeks turned out i was constipated but thats how i found out i was pregnant. More likely your breasts will feel sore or strange which u'll notice and u may feel more tired or like not doing anything if ur not eating properly. Anyways good luck

     Determining when you ovulate is vital when you are learning how to conceive a girl. have sex 2 1/2 to 3 days BEFORE ovulation in order to increase your chances of conceiving a girl. Having sex closer to ovulation will dramatically decrease your chances of conceiving a girl. The timing of intercourse in relation to ovulation is a vital factor in increasing your chances of having a girl.

     in order to increase the chances of having a girl, you should have sex everyday from the end of your period up to 2 1/2 to 3 days before ovulation. After this point, do not have unprotected sex until several days past ovulation.

     Intercourse further away from ovulation favors the larger slower moving X (girl) sperm.      No, you didn't have sex 22 weeks ago, but you probably had sex 20 weeks ago, which is the gestational age of your babies (congrats on your twins, by the way). The date of your pregnancy is based on your last month's period, not on the date of your conception. So, give or take you're adding two weeks to the date that you conceived on. If you're absolutely unsure of when you conceived and when your LMP was, then your doctor is making calculations based on measurements of the babies. It is possible for the babies to measure bigger or smaller than their true gestational ages, simply because of the fact that there's a range of sizes when it comes to babies. My husband and I tried for 3 long years, and finally, it got to the point where sex wasn't even fun anymore, because every time I was trying to make sure we were in the right position, or doing it at the right time of the month. Our marriage was on the verge of falling apart from the stress. So we took a step back, and decided that maybe it just wasn't time yet for us to have a child and that we needed to concentrate on being happy with just the two of us, and we stopped trying. 2 months later I found out I was 5 weeks pregnant. I guess once all the stress of consciously trying to get pregnant was gone, my body decided it was the right time.

     I know it sucks to hear it (I HATED it when people would tell me this) but when it is your time... it will happen. Although if you end up trying for more than a year or two with no luck I would see a fertility specialist, because there may be underlying issues.
