My Dr. Put me on Clomid and I went to him 5 days after the last pill for a checkup. He said he saw 3 big/mature follicles and a few normal sized ones. He said there is a chance of me having triplets if my husband's sperm gets to those 3. I was pregnant before and miscarried at 10 weeks so I'm trying not to get too excited but I want to hear from those who've been on clomid. How much mg's and how many cycles did it take?

Those people are usually just repeating cliches. Some women conceive without trying or by coincidence right when they stopped trying, while for many of us not trying means not getting pregnant. I think I may just scream the next time somebody tells me to 'relax, stop trying, just let things happen'. In some cases things DON'T just happen. We started out just letting things happen and things FAILED to happen.It's a wisdom with very little truth. For every woman who had trouble getting pregnant and who conceived when she stopped trying there is another woman who had trouble conceiving and who got pregnant when she STARTED trying.
Watch for ovulation and do the progesterone when you are supposed to. You have a medical condition. Don't let yourself be talked out of giving that proper medical attention just because some people think they are amateur fertility specialists.
