How to get rid of heartburn during pregnancy period
Heartburn is a common pregnancy problem. Many women who have not experienced it ever before tend to experience it at least when they get pregnant. When you are pregnant, if you sense a burning feeling in your throat and chest, if you sense a sour acidic taste in your mouth, blame it on the heartburn you are experiencing just now. There a number of reasons why one experiences heartburns when they are pregnant. When you are pregnant it is natural that your higher levels of hormones will soften the ligaments that usually help to keep the LES which is a sphincter inside the throat tightly shut so the acids in your stomach do not rise upwards. But when the LES is relaxing it is understandable if the acids shoot up to your esophagus and throat due to the different bodily changes and growing baby inside. Contents in your stomach can also be raised to the throat during these moments of heartburn. It is nearly impossible to eliminate the problem of heartburn completely but there are some measures you can adopt to reduce the trouble.
Try and avoid food that might trigger your heartburns. Products like citrus fruits, chocolates, tomatoes, juices, vinegar, mint, mustard, spices, and fries are strict no-nos just in case you are suffering from heartburns. Caffeine based drinks too instigate heartburn attacks. Try to stay off coffee, tea, cola because not only do they contain caffeine, they can also relax your LES muscles, causing the fluids in your stomach to rise to the esophagus. In this context, let us tell you that alcohol has similar effects on the esophagus so try keeping off alcohol as well if you want to save yourself from heartburns. Big meals also cause digestive problems so eat smaller meals instead, and have them at regular intervals. That way too you can avoid heartburns. Learn to eat slow and steady so your meals get enough time to get chewed and swallowed well. When food finds it tougher to get digested they tend to cause heartburns. There should be at least 2 hours between your dinner and your bed time to make sure that when you lie down you food does not get that urge to move upward than to stay where it is meant to stay.
Water is the solution to a lot of problems. During pregnancy you are supposed to be drinking at least 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday. However make sure you take enough fibers too so that the fluids get absorbed. Too much of fluids might put pressure against your LES! Make sure your head is on an elevated place as compared to your body while sleeping. If you are sued to sleeping without a pillow, maybe sleeping on a pillow would be slightly helpful now. Loose clothing which will allow your body to get aired easily is also helpful. When you bend to pick things up, try to bend at the knees instead of the waist so you avoid putting pressure on your stomach and provoking yet another heartburn. And finally, eve though it is quite natural to feel gluttony when you are pregnant, try to control your eating; too much food is never too good for your health!

When i go to pet her she meows and dont want me to stop. I mean she is just so big. She is more sleepy. And i do plan on spaying her.
I had my gerbils food out earlier and she was trying to eat it? I had to pull her way because i dont want her to get sick from it
i was just look and she is showing all the signs of being 9 weeks along and some being close to labor

If she has milk, it will be a day or two, at most.Make her a box with lots of shredded newspaper in it, as a birthing box. Get her used to it now. The entrance should be level or only a few inches high and it should be big enough for her to stretch out in it.
Food doesn't matter much now, but make sure she gets plenty to drink. You don't know if she can handle milk, so only give her water, or that special milk they sell for cats.
Help her clean herself by stroking her with a soft cloth, wrung out in warm water, when you see she's trying to wash.
When the kittens are born, let her clean them up herself, unless they come very fast then you may need help clean a few, to get their mouths and noses clear so they can breathe. (It is not true cats rejects kittens that have been handled).
Move them to a smaller box with a warm towel in it (you can heat it in the dryer). Then put her in with them, when she's had the last one. You can help her clean herself up, again with the soft warm moist cloth. Don't be surprised if she spends the whole birthing time purring.
Put her food and litter tray close by the kitten box, but also be prepared to feed her in the kitchen, too, as she might need a break from them every now and then.
If you can guaranteed keep her indoors, let her start to wean the kitties, around 6 weeks, before getting her spayed. Spaying sometimes stops the milk. But if she's able to get out, you have to risk it, as she could easily get pregnant again while she's still suckling. When you take her, also take the kitties, so the vet can check them over for fleas, worms and general health.
Start looking for good homes for them as soon as they're born but don't let them go until they're 9 or 10 weeks, as they need to learn how to be cats from their mom . It might be good though to let her keep one, as they'll be great company for each other.

Walk Away the Pounds is great during pregnancy because it is all low impact. If you have passed your first trimester, talk to your doctor about what heart rates are appropriate as they may change for pregnancy. You might also find that as you get larger, you may have to limit or eliminate some of the kicks because you are a tad unbalanced.Also consider Denise Austin's Pregnancy video as an alternative and prevent boredom with the same routine.
Unless your doctor tells you otherwise, you can do those routines up until you give birth.

Is it true that if there are sperm waiting when the egg comes down the chute that the egg chooses the sperm and if so how does the egg choose the sperm what is it looking for?now i already have a child so please dont give me answers saying im stupid cause i know how to get pregnant i just never heard that the egg chooses sperm before and here is where i learned this lesson DONT LAUGH

thats what i thought as well but the video says if there is already sperm sittin there that the egg chooses so i was just wondering if that was true?-

I heard that too, it was on a educational video. I assume they are looking for the healthiest, i dont know how they know this. Did you watch the great sperm race? they can smell when the egg is near , they rest and fill up on nutrients from the fallopian tube wall untill they detect the egg is approaching!! Also they dont get to enter the fallopian tube unless they pass muster!! I have no idea how they can tell but they can.
I suppose there is still a lot of stuff they guess at, maybe its not true but i certainly heard that as well.

The Inteenimater is a very reputable and popular hack but you need to read all the documentation thoroughly as installing the incorrect version can have the potential to corrupt your game. You should also make sure you are not using the boolprop testing cheats when using the Inteenimater. It also needs to be updated whenever you install a new expansion pack.
